View looking to the rear of the machine. (T) 192-0086 Ride Control Valve Gp (H1) 215-6429 Hose As (H2) 133-4824 Hose As (H3) 191-1678 Hose As (H4) 191-1679 Hose As (H5) 219-1388 Hose As (H6) 245-2142 Hose As (20) 6V-9837 Swivel Tee
Reinstall the 192-0086 Ride Control Valve Gp (T) onto the machine. Using the original mounting bolts for installation.Torque the bolts to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
Connect the 191-1679 Hose As (H3) to the original location. Ensure that the O-ring face seal is in the O-ring seat before connecting the hose.Torque the 191-1679 Hose As (H3) to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
Connect the 219-1388 Hose As (H5) to the original location. Ensure that the O-ring face seal is in the O-ring seat before connecting the hose.Torque the 219-1388 Hose As (H5) to 40 4 N m (30 3 lb ft).
Connect the 215-6429 Hose As (H1) to the original location. Ensure that the O-ring face seal is in the O-ring seat before connecting the hose.Torque the 215-6429 Hose As (H1) to 86 8 N m (63 6 lb ft).
Connect the 133-4824 Hose As (H2) to the original location. Ensure that the O-ring face seal is in the O-ring seat before connecting the hose.Torque the 133-4824 Hose As (H2) to 86 8 N m (63 6 lb ft).
Connect the 191-1678 Hose As (H4) to the top branch of the 6V-9837 Swivel Tee (20). Ensure that the O-ring face seal is in the O-ring seat before connecting the hose.Torque the 191-1678 Hose As (H4) to 55 5 N m (41 4 lb ft).

(H6) 245-2142 Hose As (T) 192-0086 Ride Control Valve Gp (U) Existing 90° Elbow (20) 6V-9837 Swivel Tee
Connect the 245-2142 Hose As (H6) to the 6V-9837 Swivel Tee (20) that was previously connected to the existing 90° elbow (U) in step 37 on the 192-0086 Ride Control Valve Gp (T). Ensure that the O-ring face seal is in the O-ring seat before connecting the hose.Torque the 245-2142 Hose As (H6) to 55 5 N m (41 4 lb ft).

(V) 219-1389 Hose As (19) 6V-9829 Cap As
Disconnect the existing 219-1389 Hose As (V) that connects to the ride control lines group to the lines group at the tee in the pilot lines. Connect the 6V-9829 Cap As (19) to the tee in the pilot lines in place of the 219-1389 Hose As .Torque the 6V-9829 Cap As to 40 4 N m (30 3 lb ft).
Disconnect the opposite end of the 219-1389 Hose As (V). Cut the 219-1389 Hose As . Pull the hose through the clip and remove the hose from
