On certain 963K Track-Type Loaders the DEF coolant lines between the engine and the DEF pump may have been inverted during assembly. This could create the fault code E960(2) : high aftertreatment DEF tank temperature, associated with operator inducement.Solution
If the machine is reporting fault code E960(2) : high aftertreatment DEF tank temperature, check that the DEF coolant lines between the engine and the DEF pump are not inverted.

Tilt the cab 30 degrees.

Connect hose (4) from the cylinder head to the DEF pump external valve with clamp (2).
Connect hose (5) from the water pump inlet to the DEF pump body using connector (1) and clamp (2).
