Remove bolt (1) and the washer.
Remove clamp (2) .
Disconnect hose (3) .
Install a new 7J-9108 O-Ring Seal onto the 6V-9510 Plug .
Install the 6V-9510 Plug onto hose (3) .

Install a new 7J-9108 O-Ring Seal onto fitting (8) .
Install 6V-8555 Face Seal Nut (4) over 6V-8938 O-Ring Reducer (9) and install both parts onto fitting (8) .
Install a new 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal onto reducer (9) .
Install 5I-4376 Fitting (6) onto reducer (9) .
Install a new 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal onto each 6V-3965 Fitting (7) .
Install both fittings (7) onto fitting (6) .
Apply 5P-3413 Pipe Sealant to the pipe threads at both ends of 177-7862 Hose As .
Install a 6V-4143 Coupler at each end of the hose assembly.
Connect a 177-7862 Hose As onto each fitting (7) .
Apply 5P-3413 Pipe Sealant to the threads of the 8T-0860 Pressure Gauge .
Install the 6V-3989 Fitting onto the pressure gauge.
Connect the 8T-0860 Pressure Gauge to the other end of one hose.
Connect the other end of the second hose to the 3S-6224 Electric Hydraulic Pump Gp .
Ensure that the reservoir for the hydraulic pump is full.
The 3S-6224 Electric Hydraulic Pump only has a 7.6 L (2 US gal) reservoir. Pump damage may result if the pump is operated with an empty reservoir.
Turn the 3S-6224 Electric Hydraulic Pump to the ON position. Check for leaks at the connection.
Slowly increase the pressure. Record the pressure, when the line relief valve opens. The pressure setting of the line relief valve should be 18000 690 kPa (2610 100 psi).
Stop the pump.
If the line relief valve is within the specification, then proceed to Step 32. If the line relief valve is not within the specifications, then an adjustment is required.

Remove four bolts (10) and washers in order to remove panel (11) .

Remove cover nut (24) from line relief valve (21) .
Loosen locknut (23). Turn adjusting screw (25) clockwise in order to increase pressure. Turn adjusting screw (25) counterclockwise in order to decrease pressure.Note: When you adjust the line relief valve in order to decrease the pressure, turn the adjustment screw for an additional one quarter turn past the estimated adjustment setting. Then, turn the adjustment screw clockwise for one quarter turn.
Check the oil level in 3S-6224 Electric Hydraulic Pump and refill with oil if the oil level is low. Repeat Step 26 through Step 29.
Tighten locknut (23) to a torque of 60
