1. Measure the distance from the back of the lifting eye to front of the differential pressure sensor bracket. Refer to Images1.2.1 and 1.2.2.
- If the distance is less than 18.5mm, washers (item 5) are required.
- If the distance is greater than 18.5mm, do NOT use washers (item 5). Most machines will measure greater than 18.5mm.

2. Remove the two bolts mounting the differential pressure sensor and the bolt attaching the bracket to lifting eye. These bolts will be replaced with new hardware. Refer to Image1.3.1.

3. Mount bracket (item 1) and the differential pressure sensor using bolts (item 4).
Only use washers (item 5) if measurement from step 1 is less than 18.5mm.
Tighten to a specified torque of 10.5 +/-0.7 N.m (7.8 +/- 0.5 lb-ft). Secure bracket (item 1) to the engine lifting eye using bolt (item 2) and washer (item 3). Tighten to a specified torque of 52 +/-3 N.m (39 +/-2 lb-ft). Refer to Image1.4.1.

4. If the machine has fault codes 3251-3, 3251-4, and/or 523602-0, it is likely caused by vibration damage to the wiring harness assembly. The engine harness should be replaced with a new harness assembly and tie straps.
Group 1 requires a 361-6381 Harness Assembly
Group 2 requires a 450-9634 Harness Assembly
Check DPF mounting bolts:
1. Confirm either visually with a mirror or by hand that the four mounting bolts for the DPF are in place and not loose. Refer to Image1.6.1.

2. If bolts are tight, no further action is required.
3. If any of the bolts are loose or missing, replace all of the bolts one at a time. To access bolts, remove the cooling pack. Refer to UENR3728, Disassembly and Assembly, "Remove and Install Radiator and Hydraulic Oil Cooler". Replace with 9X-8912 Bolt and 7X-7729 Washer. Tighten the bolts to a specified torque of 52 +/-3 N.m (39 +/- 2 lb-ft).
