Remove U-bolt (3). Remove bolts (1) and guard assembly (2) .

Remove link rod (4) from exhaust extension (5) .

Remove radiator guard (6) from the right side of the machine.

Remove bracket (7). Remove exhaust extension (5) .Installation Procedure

Install exhaust extension (5). Install bracket (7) .

Install radiator guard (6) to the right side of the machine.

Install link rod (4) to exhaust extension (5) .Note: If it is necessary, adjust link rod (4) so that exhaust extension (5) is centered in the window guard. The initial dimension (A) for link rod (4) is 147 mm (5.78 inch).

Position guard assembly (2). Install bolts (1). Install U-bolt (3) and tighten the nuts to a torque of 15 3 N m (11 2 lb ft).
