Repair Parts Information
Use the General Duty piece parts in Table 4 for field repairs of Hybrid track. Once inventory is exhausted, the links with 3/4" bolt will no longer be serviced, and they are replaced with General Duty link assemblies with 7/8" bolt.

(1) Choose correct length of new General Duty link assembly with 7/8" bolt (refer to Table 1). New shoes and hardware are also required. Use Hybrid Track Shoes with 7/8" bolts for these General Duty link assemblies (refer to Table 3).
Tighten 7H-3599 Standard Track Bolt 7/8" to a torque of 340 N m (250 lb ft) and plus an extra 1/3 turn.
Tighten 9W-9058 Master Track Bolt 7/8" to a torque of 340 N m (250 lb ft) and plus an extra 1/2 turn.
Track press tooling for General Duty track is the same as Hybrid track.
