Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Use two people to position seat suspension assembly (5). The weight of seat suspension assembly (5) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Install bolts (6).

Connect harness assembly (4).

Install slider blocks (7). Use two people in order to install seat assembly (1). The weight of seat assembly (1) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Actuate lever (3) in order to slide the seat rearward. Install bolt (2). End By:
Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly , "Steering Frame Lock - Seperate and Connect".
