Reports have been received that the wiring harness may corrode causing an error code "3361-5" on the machines listed above. Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) leaking from a faulty DEF injector may cause corrosion in the wiring harness electrical connector to the DEF injector. The corrosion can cause high resistance in the circuit and cause an active "3361-5" error code.Solution

In the event of failure, repair the DEF connector section of the wiring harness with the 437-1451 Wire Connection Kit.As this replaces 150 mm (5.9 inch) of the wire and the electrical connector with the new, follow the below rework procedure:
Cut the machine harness to 150 mm (5.9 inch) from the electrical connector
Trim the wires of the wiring harness 5 mm (0.2 inch) and use the heat shrink tubing and wire splice that comes with the wire connection kit to connect the wire connection kit to the wiring harnessNote: Also ensure that the DEF injector does not show signs of leaking into the electrical connector to avoid repeat failures. If it is leaking, also replace the DEF injector.
