A     8T-5255     Hydraulic Jack     1    Note: Replace the cutting edge before the shell can contact the ground in order to prevent damage to the shell.

Use Tooling (A) and suitable cribbing in order to raise shell (1) off the ground.
Use two people to remove bolts (2) and cutting edge (3) . Refer to Table 4 for the weight of the cutting edge.

Use two people to install cutting edge (3) and bolts (2) . Refer to Table 4 for the weight of the cutting edge. Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 240 40 N m (177 30 lb ft).

Use Tooling (A) in order to lower shell (1) back to the ground.
