Remove bolts (1) and fan motor and fan guard (2).

Mark the orientation and remove all hoses (3).

Set the radiator, air cooler, and hydraulic oil cooler onto Tooling (A). Remove bolts (7) and air cooler (8).

Remove mount (9). Remove fitting (10) and the O-ring seals.

Remove fittings (11) and the O-ring seals. Remove mount (12). Remove pipe fitting (13), cap (14), and fitting (15). Assembly Procedure

Install fitting (15), cap (14), and pipe fitting (13). Install mount (12). Install fittings (11) and the O-ring seals.

Install fitting (10) and the O-ring seals. Install mount (9).

Install air cooler (8) and install bolts (7). Tighten bolts (7) to a torque of 28 7 N m (21 5 lb ft). Remove Tooling (A) and set the radiator, air cooler, and hydraulic oil cooler onto a suitable bench.

Install shroud (6) and bolts (5). Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 11 2 N m (97 18 lb in).

Install bolts (4). Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 30 7 N m (22 5 lb ft).

Install all hoses (3).

Install fan motor and fan guard (2). Install bolts (1). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 40 2 N m (30 1 lb ft). End By:
