This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS0976" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The 7V8449 Axle Shafts needs to be replaced on certain 988F Wheel Loaders, 834B and 836 Compactors. PI3905 directs the dealer to inspect the 7V8449 Axle Shafts. This program is to support subsequent damage caused by 7V8449 Axle Shaft failure.
