Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Caterpillar Tools and Shop Products Guide" for tools and supplies suitable to collect and contain fluids on Caterpillar products.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.

Attach a suitable lifting device to tank assembly (21). Position tank assembly (21). The weight of tank assembly (21) is approximately 136 kg (300 lb).

Install bolts (28) .

Install hose assemblies (26) .
Position tube assembly (25) and install bolts (27) .

Connect harness assembly (23). Install tube assemblies (22). Install bracket (20) and clip (24). Install clip (19) .
Position tube assemblies (18) to tank assembly (21) and install clip (17) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to filter base assembly (16). Position filter base assembly (16) and install bolts (15). The weight of filter base assembly (16) is approximately 61 kg (135 lb).

Connect hose assemblies (12) and (14). Connect tube assemblies (13). Connect harness assemblies (7), (8), (9), (10), and (11) .

Position cover assembly (4). Install bolts (5) and (6) .

Close doors (1) .
