A 138-7575 Link Bracket 2 Note: During the installation of the hoist control valve, check the conditions of the O-ring seals. Replace the O-ring seals that are worn or damaged. Before assembly, apply 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound to the O-rings.

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device in order to position the hoist control valve on the mounting bracket. The weight of the hoist control valve is approximately 186 kg (410.1 lb).

Use bolts (51) and the washers in order to install the hoist control valve.

Use bolts (40) and the washers in order to install bracket assembly (39).
Connect hose assemblies (28) and (38).
Position screen assembly (42) with the connected hose assemblies. Install the screen assembly with the washers and bolts (41).
Use split flange (44), the washers, and bolts (43) in order to install the hose assembly.
Install the harness assembly to the pressure switch at two terminals (35).
Position screen assembly (34) with the connected hose assemblies. Install the screen assembly with the washers and bolts (26).
Use split flange (37), the washers, and bolts (36) in order to install the hose assembly.
Install the harness assembly to the pressure switch at two terminals (27).
Use the washers, bolts (50), split clamp (49), the washers, bolts (48), split clamp (47), the washers, and bolts (46) in order to install tube assembly (45).
Position hose assembly (29). Use split flange (32), the washers, and bolts (31) in order to install the hose assembly.
Connect hose assembly (30).
Connect sensor (33).

Install fitting (24) and tube assembly (23).
Connect solenoid valve (25).

Position hose assembly (22). Use split flange (17), the washers, and bolts (16) in order to install the hose assembly.
Position block (18) and hose assembly (13). Use split flange (15), the washers, and bolts (14) in order to install the block and the hose assembly.
Position hose assembly (21). Use split flange (20), the washers, and bolts (19) in order to install the hose assembly.
