(1) Autolube solenoid valve Chassis ECM
The chassis ECM turns on autolube solenoid valve (1) 5 minutes after the engine is started and the machine is moving. The chassis ECM keeps autolube solenoid valve (1) on until the autolube pressure sensor detects system pressure at 15850 kPa (2300 psi). Then, autolube solenoid valve (1) is turned off. At every configured interval, the chassis ECM will turn on autolube solenoid valve (1) which will stay on until the autolube pressure sensor detects system pressure at 15850 kPa (2300 psi). Then, autolube solenoid valve (1) is turned off. This continues until the ignition keyswitch is turned to the OFF position.Note: If, the autolube pressure sensor does not detect the correct pressure within 2 minutes the following actions will occur:
A level 2 event will be logged
An alarm will sound
The autolube solenoid (1) will shut offAs autolube solenoid valve (1) is turned on, the solenoid makes a “click”. This “click” can be heard or the “click” can be felt. If the solenoid “click” occurs at the time that is described above, the electrical system is operating properly.
