( 1 ) The position tolerance is 0.6 mm (0.02 inch) to Datum X, Datum Y, and Datum Z.
( 2 ) If necessary, these holes are used with M6 X 1 -6H socket head bolts of adequate length, which are not provided, to store the calibration shims.
( 3 ) The position tolerance is 0.8 mm (0.0315 inch) to Datum X, Datum Y, and Datum Z.
( 4 ) The position tolerance is 0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to Datum X, Datum Y, and Datum Z.
Deburr all machined surfaces.
Install the hardened inserts. Ensure that the load cell pockets are free of contamination and debris. Thoroughly clean the hardened inserts.
Ensure that the load cell pockets are free of burrs.
Ensure that the load cell pockets are within the specification. If the depth of the load cell pocket is deeper than the specification, use the provided shims to bring the depth to the specified depth.
Ensure that the diameter of the hardened insert is 38.999 + 0.013/−0.000 mm (1.5354 +0.0005/−0.0000 inch). Ensure that the thickness of the hardened insert is 12 0.013 mm
