1 1 7M-9918 Locknut Use the following procedure to tighten the compressor housing clamp:
Before assembly, lubricate the threads with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
1. Tighten the clamp locknut to 7.9 2.0 N m (69.9 17.7 lb in).
2. Lightly tap the clamp all around.
3. Again, Tighten the clamp locknut to 10.5 2.0 N m (92.9 17.7 lb in).
2 6 120-2244 Bolt Before assembly, lubricate the threads with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
Torque to 21.6 5.0 N m (191.2 44.3 lb in).
3 4 2N-2766 Locknut Before assembly, lubricate the threads with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
Torque to 54 5 N m (40 4 lb ft).
