HARNESS AS-CONSOLE 3375753 - Caterpillar

1. Put a mark on flange (1), nuts (2), flange (3) and twelve bolts (4) for use at assembly.2. Fasten a nylon sling and hoist to flange (1). Remove twelve bolts (4) and the flange. The weight of the flange is 420 lb. (189 kg). 3. Fasten tool (A) and hoist to flange (3). Remove four bolts (5), plate (6), the gasket and flange (3). The weight of the flange is 190 lb. (86 kg). 4. Remove two seals (7) with tooling (B).Install Output Shaft Seals
1. Use tool (A) to install seal (3), lip in. 2. Use tool (A) to install seal (1), lip out, even with the face of cover (2). 3. Fasten tool (B) and hoist to flange (5). Put the flange in position.4. Install a 3/4"-16 NF guide bolt in the output shaft.5. Put the gasket and plate (4) in place and install three bolts that hold the plate in position.6. Remove the guide bolt and install the last bolt to hold the plate in position. 7. Fasten a nylon sling and hoist to flange (6). Put the flange in place and install the bolts and nuts that hold it in position.
