2 1 5P-8068 O-Ring Seal Before assembly, lightly lubricate the bore with the lubricant that is being sealed.
3 3 206-7331 Drain Plug Torque to 70 15 N m (52 11 lb ft).
- - - Apply 3 to 5 mm (0.1 to 0.2 inch) ultra blue Loctite blue RTV silicone sealant to the following locations:
Connecting joint of the front housing and the front of the cylinder block.
Connecting joint of the flywheel housing and the rear of the cylinder block.
Apply bead of sealant to the gasket or to the housing face. At the T-joint location the bead should cover the entire span.
