Typical Example (Photo is of a CS-563, two more bolts mount the axle on a CS-583.1. Disconnect hose assembly (3) from right side of axle. Cap or plug immediately.2. Fasten a lifting device to each end of axle (2). 3. Remove six bolts (1) from each end of the axle.
Typical Example (Photo shows a CS-563 axle, the CS-583 axle has brake actuators on the rear of the axle. See photo C52160P1.4. Use the lifting device to lower axle (2) to a dolly or similar device.
