Remove the hood.
Remove the muffler.
Remove the fan.
Remove belt.
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery Disconnect Switch".
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Remove bolts (1) and panel (2).
Remove bolts (3) and panel (4).

Remove bolts (5) and panel (6).
Remove bolts (7) and panel (8).
Remove bolts (9) and panel (10).

Remove bolts (11) and brace (12).
Remove bolts (13) and panel (14).

Disconnect harness assemblies (15), (18), and (19).
Disconnect clamps (17) and (20).
Disconnect hose assemblies (16) and (21).
Remove the serpentine belt. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Remove and Install".

Disconnect harness assemblies (22). Disconnect A/C compressor (23) and reposition.

Disconnect cable assemblies (24) and harness assembly (25).

Disconnect harness assembly (26) and cable assemblies (27).
Attach a suitable lifting device to engine (29). The weight of engine (29) is approximately 680 kg (1500 lb).
Attach Tooling (A), Tooling (B), Tooling (C), and Tooling (D) to main hydraulic pump (31) to support main hydraulic pump (31).
Remove bolts (28) and (30). Remove engine (29).Installation Procedure
Install engine (29) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (28) to a torque of 520 70 N.m (384 52 lb ft).End By:
Install belt.
Install the fan.
Install the muffler.
Install the hood.
