Disconnect hose assemblies (10) and (13). Remove brackets (11) and (12).

Remove bolts (14) and (15). Remove plates (16) and (17).

Install a suitable lifting device to Tooling (D) and Tooling (E). The weight of Tooling (D) and Tooling (E) is approximately 317 kg (700 lb). Remove pin (19).

Install a suitable lifting device to Tooling (D) and Tooling (F). The weight of Tooling (D) and Tooling (F) is approximately 306 kg (675 lb). Install Tooling (D), Tooling (F), and a suitable lifting device to pin (20). The weight of pin (20) is approximately 150 kg (330 lb). Remove pin (20).

Use a suitable forklift to pull the loader frame away from the rear frame. Continue to move Tooling (C) and the suitable forklift until the frames are separated by approximately 610 mm (24 inch).

Remove tube assembly (24). Attach a suitable lifting device to plate (21) and (23). Remove plates (21) and (23). Remove shims (22).

Attach Tooling (G), Tooling (H), and a suitable lifting device to remove bearing cones (25), bearing cups (27), and spacer (28). Remove seals (26) and (30) from plates (21) and (23) . Remove shims (22) and (29) from plates (21) and (23).

Disconnect tube assembly (31). Remove plate (32). Remove shims (40). Remove plate (33), seal (34), and shims (35). Attach Tooling (G), Tooling (H), and a suitable lifting device to remove bearing cones (37), bearing cups (36), and spacer (38). Remove seals (39) from plate (32).
