Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before installation, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble.
Check all of the O-ring seals and the components for wear or damage. Replace the components, if necessary.
Lubricate all of the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Position base (2) onto the frame assembly. Use three bolts (7) and the washers in order to install base (2) to the frame assembly.
Use two nuts (6) in order to connect wire harness (8) to bypass switch (1). Tighten two nuts (6) to a torque of 3.7 0.3 N m (32.74 2.66 lb in).
Connect tube assembly (9) to base (2).
Connect tube assembly (4) to base (2).
Fill the hydraulic tank with hydraulic oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7173, "Hoist, Torque Converter and Brake Tank Oil - Change" for the correct procedure. End By:
