Assemble the plate (11) to the frame using two bolts (12) and two washers (10).
Reinstall the wheel and tire. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly , Wheel and Brake-Remove and Install for instructions to remove the wheel.

Reinstall fender assembly (C) that was removed in Step 1. Use plate assembly (13) with two bolts (14), one bolt (15), and three hard washers (3) for the first mounting point.Note: Use a suitable lifting device for fender assembly (C).Use plate assembly (16) with two bolts (17), one bolt (18), and three hard washers (3) for the second mounting point.Note: Ensure that the fender shield is as far into the fender groove as possible.Note: The approximate weight of fender assembly (C) is 27 kg (60 lb).Right Side

Remove plate (A) and plate (B) which allows right-hand fender assembly (C) to be removed. Fender (C) will be reused. Use the appropriate lifting device when removing fender assembly (C).Note: The approximate weight of fender assembly (C) is 27 kg (60 lb).
Remove the right-hand wheel and tire. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly , Wheel and Brake-Remove and Install for instructions to remove the wheel.

Remove right-hand shield assembly (D) and then remove support assembly (E) and support assembly (F). use a suitable lifting device for removing support assembly (E).Note: The approximate weight of support assembly (E) is 28 kg (62 lb).

Attach support assembly (4) to the frame using four bolts (6) and four hard washers (3).
Attach support assembly (19) to the machine frame using four bolts (2) and four hard washers (3). Torque bolts (2) to frame at 100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft).
Reinstall right-hand shield assembly (D) removed in Step 3.
Reinstall the wheel and tire. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly , Wheel and Brake-Remove and Install for instructions to remove the wheel.
