Apply Tooling (L) to the inside diameter of retainer (15) .

Use Tooling (H) and Tooling (J) in order to install new retainer (15) onto hub assembly (11) .
Press retainer (15) onto hub assembly (11) until retainer (15) is flush with the shoulder of hub assembly (11) .
Clean any excess adhesive from retainer (15) and hub assembly (11) .
Apply Tooling (L) to the inside diameter of new wear sleeve (14) .

Use Tooling (H) in order to install new wear sleeve (14) onto hub assembly (11) .
Press new wear sleeve (14) onto hub assembly (11) until Tooling (H) stops on the shoulder of hub assembly (11) .
Clean any excess adhesive from wear sleeve (14) and hub assembly (11) .

Use Tooling (N) and a hammer in order to install new bearing (13) into hub assembly (11) .
Install bearing (13) until the edge of bearing (13) is recessed 6.0 mm to 7.0 mm (0.25 inch to 0.28 inch) from Ledge (X) of the bore in hub assembly (11) .
Use Tooling (N) and a hammer in order to install new sleeve bearing (12) into hub assembly (11) .
Install bearing (12) until the edge of bearing (12) aligns with the bottom of the chamfer on the splined end.

Use Tooling (C) and a hammer in order to install hub assembly (11) into bearing retainer (6) .

Install snap ring (10) into bearing retainer (6) .

Position splined hub (9) onto hub assembly (11). Use Tooling (B) in order to install snap ring (8). Install snap ring (8) in order to secure splined hub (9) to hub assembly (11) .

Install Tooling (A) to bearing retainer (6). Position a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A) .
Lower bearing retainer (6) onto pulley adapter (7). The weight of bearing retainer (6) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).

Install bolts (5) that secure bearing retainer (6) to pulley adapter (7) .
Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 25 2 N m (18 2 lb ft).

Position adapter (4) and the O-ring seal to the hub assembly. Install eight screws (3) that secure adapter (4) and the O-ring seal to the hub assembly.

Attach a suitable lifting device (not shown) around fan pulley (2) .
Position fan pulley (2) onto the pulley adapter. The weight of the pulley adapter is approximately 131 kg (289 lb). The weight of fan pulley (2) is approximately 55 kg (121 lb).
Install bolts (1) that secure fan pulley (2) to the pulley adapter.
Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 52 6 N m (38 4 lb ft).End By: Install the fan drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Drive - Install".
