Position quick coupler (1) onto Tooling (B) and suitable cribbing.
Release the hydraulic system pressure.

Remove the breather from the hydraulic tank. Install Tooling (A) onto the hydraulic tank. Attach an air supply hose to Tooling (A). Apply 276 to 414 kPa (40 to 60 psi) of air. This procedure will pull vacuum on the hydraulic system.

Disconnect hose assemblies (2).

Remove fitting (3). Remove bolt (4).

Remove bolts (5).

Remove pins (7). Position cylinder assembly (6) out of the way.

Position suitable cribbing between tilt link (8) and quick coupler (1).

Attach Tooling (C) to pin assembly (9). Use Tooling (C) in order to remove pin assembly (9) from tilt link (8). Attach a suitable lifting device to pin assembly (9). Remove Tooling (C) and remove pin assembly (9).

Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt link (8). Use the suitable lifting device in order to position tilt link (8) to tilt lever (10). Use a suitable strap in order to secure tilt link (8) to tilt lever (10). Remove the suitable cribbing from quick coupler (1).

Remove bolt (11). Remove fitting (12).

Attach Tooling (D) to pin assembly (13). Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (D). Use Tooling (D) in order to remove pin assembly (13) and the shims. Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Disconnect hose assembly (14).

Attach a suitable lifting device to quick coupler (1). The weight of quick coupler (1) is approximately 408 kg (900 lb). Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove quick coupler (1) from the machine. Installation Procedure
Install quick coupler (1) in the reverse order of removal.
