31. Remove shaft (53) and swash plate (54) from housing(48). 32. Remove dowel (56) from yoke (55). 33. Remove cover (57) from housing (48). Shims are located under spacer (58) on side shown only.34. Remove O-ring seal (59) and spacer (58) from both sides of the housing. Remove the shims under spacer (58), on side shown. 35. Remove cup (60) and cone (61) from both sides of the housing. 36. Remove yoke (55) from housing (48). 37. Remove two stops (62) from yoke (55). 38. Remove bearing cone (63) from housing (48). 39. If necessary, remove cup (64) with tooling (A).40. If necessary, remove seal (65) from housing (48). Use tool (B) to remove the snap ring under seal (65). 41. If necessary, remove seal (66) from housing (48). Use tool (B) to remove the snap ring under seal (66).Assemble Implement Pump
1. Clean and inspect all parts. Replace all parts that are damaged or worn. Put clean oil on all of the internal parts of the pump. Replace all O-ring seals, gaskets and shaft seals. 2. Use tool (A) to install the snap ring in housing (48).3. Use tool (B) to install seal (66) in the housing. 4. Use tool (A) to install the snap ring in housing (48).5. Use tool (B) to install seal (65) in the housing.6. If cup (64) was removed from the housing, use tool (B) to install the cup in housing (48). If the yoke or yoke bearings have been replaced, a preload adjustment is necessary. For the preload adjustment procedure, see the topic, "Adjustment Of Swash Plate Bearings" in Specifications, Form No. SENR3258. No preload adjustment is necessary if the original yoke and bearings are used. 7. Install cone (63) in housing (48). 8. Apply 7M7456 Sealant to the shaft of two stops (62). Install the stops so that the centerline of radius "X" is parallel with the pintle centerline, within 0.60 mm (.02 in.). Make sure the stops are seated against yoke (55). 9. Install yoke (55) in housing (48). 10. Install bearing cones (61) and bearing cups (60) in both sides of the housing. Shims are to be installed under spacer (58) only on side of the housing shown.11. Put the original shims, spacer (58) and O-ring seal (59) in position on the side of the housing shown.12. Put spacer (58) and O-ring seal (59) in position on the side of the housing not shown. 13. Install cover (57) and the four bolts that hold it to housing (48). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 16 1 N m (142 9 lb.in.). 14. Install dowel (56) in yoke (55). Put tape around the splines of shaft (53) to avoid damaging the shaft seals when the shaft is installed.15. Put shaft (53) in position in the housing.16. Position swash plate (54) on yoke (55).
