Information:

Before connecting or disconnecting quick disconnect plugs, follow the hints below.1. Stop the engine.2. Move all of the hydraulic implement control levers to relieve the hose line hydraulic pressure.3. Return all levers to NEUTRAL position.Connecting and Disconnecting Lines
1. Disconnect hydraulic lines to the tool being used, wipe off all foreign material.2. Remove the plugs and connect the lines.3. Install plugs in unused disconnects.Manual Shutoff Valve (If Equipped)
Rotate the manual shutoff valve handle 90° to the closed position when the hoses from the tool are connected.Failure to rotate the manual shutoff valve handle to the fully closed position can allow the pins to retract and may release the tool, resulting in possible personal injury.
Connect the two hoses from the tool and rotate the shutoff valve handle 90° to the CLOSED position. This shuts off the coupler cylinder circuit and allows oil to only go to the tool circuit. To remove the tool, disconnect the two hoses from the tool and rotate the shutoff valve handle 90° to the OPEN position. This allows the oil to enter the coupler circuit.General
For good operator vision and loader stability, carry the loaded implement low, approximately 40 cm (15 inches) above the ground.Utilize wait time to clean and level the work area.Maintain traction by avoiding excessive down pressure on the implement. When working in hard material with an implement, use implement teeth, or "half-arrow" bolt-on cutting edges. To control dumping, move the tilt control lever to the DUMP position. Then return to the HOLD position. Repeat until the implement is empty. To keep dust away from the engine and maintain visibility, dump with the wind to your back.Be certain that the implement used is appropriate for the work performed. Exceeding the machine limits will reduce the service life of the machine.Dozing and Dumping
Do not bulldoze with the bucket in the tilt forward position to avoid bucket damage.
When bulldozing, keep the bucket bottom parallel to the ground.Use the bucket stops for maximum dumping angle.
Striking the stops unnecessarily and repetitively can result in accelerated wear and high maintenance cost of the loader linkage.
Loading from a Stockpile With Bucket
1. Position the bucket parallel to, and just skimming, the ground. Drive the bucket straight into the pile.2. As forward movement slows, move the control to the RAISE detent position. Return to the HOLD position for additional crowding power.3. To "pump" in a heaped load, work the tilt control lever back and forth.4. When the bucket is loaded, move the tilt control to the TILT BACK position.5. When the tilt control lever is released to the HOLD position, the bucket will rise if the lift lever is in lift detent.6. Raise the bucket high enough to clear the material being loaded. Shift the transmission control to REVERSE.7. Carry the loaded bucket approximately 40 cm (15 inches) above the ground level.8. When reaching the dump area, move the lift control to the RAISE detent. The lift kickout will automatically return the lift control to HOLD.Loading Hauling Units With Bucket
1. To reduce the loader
