13. Remove bolts (17) and (19) and remove hose assembly (18) from the machine. 14. Remove the bolts from each end of tube assembly (20) and remove tube assembly (20) from the machine. 15. Remove the bolts that hold neutralizer group (21) and housing (22) in position on the transmission. Disconnect neutralizer group (21) from the directional selector valve spool. Disconnect the control cable and housing (22) from the speed selector valve spool. 16. Disconnect wires (25) from sending unit (24). Remove sending unit (24) from the machine.17. Remove the bolts and disconnect clips (23) from the transmission. 18. Remove bolts (29) and (30) from each end of tube assemblies (26).19. Remove bolts (27) and remove tube assemblies (26) and bracket (28) as a unit from the machine.20. Drain the oil from the hydraulic tank. 21. Loosen clamps (31) and hose (33) on tube assembly (32) to disconnect the hydraulic oil pump elbow from the hydraulic tank. 22. Remove the bolts and remove elbow assembly (34) from the machine. 23. Disconnect wires (35) from the sending unit on the transmission (right side of machine).24. Remove the bolts from both ends of tube assembly (36) and remove tube assembly (36) from the torque converter outlet relief valve and the oil cooler.25. Remove the bolts from both ends of tube assembly (37) and remove tube assembly (37) from the transmission and oil cooler. 26. Remove bolts (39) and straps (41) to disconnect center drive shaft (40) from yoke (38). 27. Remove bolt (43), retainer (42) and the O-ring seal from the end of the transfer gear shaft. Pull yoke (38) off the shaft and remove it from the machine.28. Remove the guide rails from each side of the machine. 29. Install tooling (B) on both sides of the engine flywheel housing as shown to hold the weight of the engine. 30. Remove caps (44) from each of the transfer gear case trunnions. 31. Fasten a hoist to the torque converter and transmission with tooling (C) as shown. Use tool (D) to keep the unit level for removal. 32. Remove bracket assemblies (45) from each side of the transfer gear case.33. Remove the bolts that hold the torque converter to the engine flywheel housing.34. Pull the torque converter out of the flywheel housing and remove the unit from the machine. The weight of the unit is 1013 kg (2250 lb.).Install Torque Converter, Transmission And Transfer Gears
1. Fasten a hoist to the transmission and torque converter with tooling (A) as shown.2. Make sure the O-ring seal is installed around the torque converter housing and put clean oil on it.3. Use tool (B) to keep the unit in a level position and install the unit in the machine.4. Make sure the gear teeth of the torque converter flange assembly are correctly engaged with the flywheel and install the bolts to hold the unit to the flywheel housing. 5. Install bracket assemblies (1) on each side of the transfer gear case. 6. Install caps
