Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the final drive, brake, and wheel (rear).

Remove magnetic sensor (1), adapter (2), and shims (3).

Remove bolts (4). Remove guide (5).

Remove ring (6) and housing (7). Installation Procedure

Install housing (7) and ring (6).

Install guide (5). Install bolts (4).

Install a number of shims (3) that will achieve a dimension of 242.03 0.08 mm (9.53 0.0032 inch). Apply Tooling (A) onto adapter (2). Install adapter (2). Tighten adapter (2) to a torque of 55 7 N m (41 5 lb ft). Apply Tooling (B) onto magnetic sensor (1). Install magnetic sensor (1). Tighten magnetic sensor (1) to a torque of 30 4 N m (22 3 lb ft).
