Remove nut (9), screw (8), and dowel (12) from valve (7).
Remove retaining ring (11), bushing (10), and O-ring seal (13) from valve (7).

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Remove piston (20) from valve (7).
Remove retainer (19), spring (18), retainer (17), spring (16), retainer (15), and spring (14) from head assembly (5).

Remove O-ring seals (21) and (22) from head assembly (5).

Remove bolts (23) and cover (24).

Remove O-ring seal (25) and O-ring seals (26) from cover (24).

Remove bolt (29), piston (28), seals (32), piston (27), pin (30), and dowel (31) from head assembly (5).

Remove cap (33).
Use a depth gauge to measure the distance between the end of screw (35) and locknut (34). Record this measurement for assembly purposes.
Remove locknut (34) and screw (35).
Remove plug (36) and the O-ring seal.
Remove plug (37) and the O-ring seal.

Remove barrel (38).
Remove O-ring seal (39) from housing (40).

Remove spring (41) and washer (42) from barrel (38).

Place the rotor assembly in a suitable press. Use Tooling (B) to remove shaft (53) from bearing cone (54), bearing cup (55), shim (56), bearing cup (57), and bearing cone (58).
