3483-11     Diesel Particulate Filter Requires Initial Regeneration     A regeneration has not been performed since the Clean Emissions Module (CEM) has been connected to the engine.
There is an associated diagnostic trouble code for the fault that is preventing regeneration.    
When diagnostic trouble code 3483-11 is active, there is always an associated code for the fault that is preventing the initial regeneration.Use the electronic service tool to identify any associated codes that are preventing regeneration.Investigate and rectify the cause of the associated code.Confirm that code 3483-11 is eliminated.If the code is still present, contact the Technical Communicator at a Caterpillar dealer.
