Connect the AR-C4 connector (21C) to the 236-6923 Pressure Switch (5) .

Connect the AR-T1 terminal (21J) to the ground stud located to the left of the 345-4547 Refrigerant Compressor Gp (16) .

Install the 132-5789 Clip (25) to the 345-5594 Engine Enclosure Gp (AG). Secure the clip with one 174-9194 Bolt (27) .Secure the 421-4204 Heater and Air Conditioner Harness As (21) to the Clip (25) with one 7K-1181 Cable Strap (41) .

(15) 345-4543 Coil (21) 421-4204 Heater and Air Conditioner Harness As (21B) AR-C2 connector (25) 132-5789 Clip (27) 174-9194 Bolt (34) 3S-2093 Cable Strap (AG) 345-5594 Engine Enclosure Gp
Route the portion of the 421-4204 Heater and Air Conditioner Harness As (21) with the AR-C2 connector (21B) up the left-hand side of the 345-5594 Engine Enclosure Gp (AG). Loop the harness and secure looped end with one 3S-2093 Cable Strap (34). Secure the harness to the weld link on the Engine Enclosure Gp with one 3S-2093 Cable Strap (34) .

(AS) 388-8118 Plate
Remove the 388-8118 Plate (AS) from the left-hand side of the machine. Retain the plate and the fasteners.

(AK) 345-4546 Cab Heater Gp (AR) A/C High side service fitting (part of 345-4531 Hose As (10) ) (AT) A/C Low side service fitting ( part of 345-4534 Hose As (13) )
Connect the A/C charging equipment to the machine. The A/C service fittings (AR and AT) are located behind the 345-4546 Cab Heater Gp (AK) .
Evacuate A/C system and check for leaks. Once verified that there are no leaks, charge the A/C system. Charge the system with 0.82 kg (1.8 lb) of the 3E-6654 Refrigerant (R134a) .
Do Not overcharge system. Damage to the Refrigerant Compressor Gp may result.
The 345-5594 Engine Enclosure Gp (AG) must remain closed during A/C charging operation and normal system operation.
Verify A/C and heating systems are operating correctly. Remove service equipment. Cap both service fittings.Reinstall the 388-8118 Plate (AS) .Note: Follow the manufacturer instructions for the A/C service equipment being used.
