Assembly Procedure
Install the bottom half of the differential case in a press.

Install side gear (12), retainer (11), spring (10), clutch assembly (9) and spider assembly (8) .

Install clutch assembly (7), spring (6), retainer (5), spacer block (4) and side gear (3) .

Install top half (2) of the differential case. Use the press to compress the spring in the differential.
Lubricate the threads of bolts (1), and the washers prior to assembly Install bolts (1) that hold the two halves of the differential case together. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 95 10 N m (70 7 lb ft).
Test the differential for proper operation.Reference: For the proper test procedure.
