Install Tooling (A) under the rear axle. Use Tooling (A) in order to raise the rear of the machine.

Disconnect chain (1) .

Raise the truck body. Secure the truck body in the raised position with Tooling (B) . Use two people in order to position Tooling (B) . The weight of Tooling (B) is approximately 66 kg (146 lb).

Attach a suitable lifting device to tire and rim (2) of the rear axle. The weight of the tire and rim (2) is approximately 862 kg (1900 lb). Remove lug nuts (3) . Remove tire and rim (2) .Installation Procedure
Install tire and rim (2) in the reverse order of the removal.
Tighten lug nuts (3) to a torque of 475 60 N m (350 44 lb ft)
