Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the control valve (rear auxiliary manifold). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Control Valve (Rear Auxiliary Manifold) - Remove".Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Remove nut (2), coil (3), and cartridge (1) from valve block (4) .

Remove backup ring (9), O-ring seal (11), backup ring (8), backup ring (7), O-ring seal (10), backup ring (6), and O-ring seal (5) from cartridge (1) .

Remove bolts (13), directional control valve (12), and directional control valve (14) from valve block (4) .

Remove O-ring seals (15) from the directional control valves.

Remove relief valves (16) and (17) from valve block (4) .
Remove O-ring seal (20), backup ring (19), and O-ring seal (18) from relief valves (16) and (17) .

Remove nut (23), coil (24), and cartridge (22) from valve block (4) .
Remove backup ring (30), O-ring seal (32), backup ring (29), backup ring (28), O-ring seal (31), backup ring (27), and O-ring seal (26) from cartridge (22) .
Repeat Step 7 and Step 8 on solenoid control valve (25) .

Remove pressure reducing valve (21) from valve block (4) .
