HARNESS AS-SENSOR 5075767 - Caterpillar

1. Remove hand lever (1) and electrical controls for forward and reverse if necessary. Remove inching control valve (4), which is controlled by the left brake pedal, if necessary. Disconnect the wires for neutralizer switch (2) in lever (3). Remove bolt (4), remove handle (3) and remove lever washer (9). 2. Remove two bolts (10) and remove the linkage bracket. Slide the linkage bracket and linkage washer (9) off shaft (11). Remove nut and bolt (8) and remove linkage (12) from shaft (11). Remove nut (5) and remove linkage (12) from lever (13). loosen nut (7) and remove linkage adjuster (6). 3. Remove nut (14) and bolt (15), then remove lever (13) from transmission shift lever (16). Inspect all linkage and bushings and replace if necessary. Install in the reverse order.
