1. Position support (4) under the idler axle shaft. Support (4) will keep the idler axle in position when the idler bearing is removed.2. Loosen set screw (1). Rotate eccentric collar (5) counterclockwise 90° and remove the collar.3. Remove two bolts (2) and remove idler bearing housing (3). 4. Rotate bearing (6) to a horizontal position and remove the idler bearing from bearing housing (3). The following steps are for the installation of the idler axle bearing.5. Put bearing (6) in a horizontal position to the base of bearing housing (3). Insert the bearing in the bearing housing and rotate into position.6. Install bearing housing (3) on the idler axle.7. Position eccentric collar (5) on the idler axle with the counterbore face in the collar located against the face of axle bearing (6). Rotate the eccentric collar clockwise until tight. Tighten set screw (1).8. Install bolts (2).
