Install the 125-3674 Latch Spring to the underside of the base as. See 167-1899.8. Connect the relays to the base as.9. Install the 171-9646 Film as per 168-6304 Print.10. Install all switches, propel lever, etc., to the 165-7670 Cover As. There is a new boot provided for the propel lever in case the old boot is damaged during removal. Install the boot as per print 168-6304.

(Photo B3)11. Bolt the platform assembly tube to the sliders in the 173-5855 Rail. See 167-1899 for recommended torque. Do not remove sliders from rail. See photo B6.

Remove all of the deck plates. Lay a long flat object along each flange of the channel that makes up the side to side trough in the middle of the deck. If there are high areas due to welding warpage, mark each area and straighten. This should be done before the station is placed on the deck.
(Photo C1)1. At this time weld a 7T-1099 Link on the machine frame near the bulkhead fittings to later secure the wire harness, throttle and propel cables. See print 135-9813.2. Add a two pin connector and a four pin connector to the end of the cut off harness that runs towards the front of the machine. Wires need to be assembled in the new receptacle so that they match the corresponding wires in the adjoining plugs.3. Install the 165-7330 Cover Assembly. Do not secure it at this time. (Photo C2)The Hose Carrier is designed to house the four steering hoses, the wire harness and the throttle and propel cables. These are connected between the operator station and the machine frame connections.

See photos C2 and C3 for proper location of the wire harness, cables and hoses.2. Bolt the hose carrier to the frame as shown in print 167-1899.3.
