Install shaft (38) in order to attach toggle assembly (39) to scissor assembly (20). Tighten the two nuts for shaft (38) to a torque of 15 3 N m (11 2 lb ft).

Install shaft assemblies (37) in order to attach tether straps (36) and scissor assembly (20) to housing assembly (23). Tighten the nuts on shaft assemblies (37) to a torque of 20 5 N m (15 4 lb ft). Install blocking in order to prevent scissor assembly (20) from falling.

Install screw (35) in order to attach housing assembly (23) to spring assembly (34) .
Install shaft (32) in order to attach toggle assembly (33) to scissor assembly (20). Tighten the two nuts for shaft (32) to a torque of 15 3 N m (11 2 lb ft).

Install bearings (28) to shock absorber (22) .
Install bolt (25) and clamp (24) in order to attach bracket (26) and cable assembly (11) to shock absorber (22) .
Install bolts (21) in order to attach shock absorber (22) to scissor assembly (20) and housing assembly (23). Remove the blocking.Note: Illustration 8 shows the location of lockwasher (27), bearings (28), washers (29), nut (30), and locknut (31) .

Connect harness assemblies (18) and hose assembly (19) to air valve (8) .

Position air valve (8) to upper housing assembly (17). Position upper housing assembly (17) to the seat.

Install cable strap (16) in order to secure harness assemblies (18) to upper housing assembly (17) .

Install shaft assemblies (15). Tighten the nuts for shaft assemblies (15) to a torque of 20 5 N m (15 4 lb ft).

Install bolts (9) in order to attach bracket (10) .
Install bolt (13) in order to attach lever (14) to bracket (10) .
Install bolt (12) in order to attach cable assembly (11) to lever (14) .

Position plate (5) to the seat. Install lockwasher (6) and nut (7) in order to secure air valve (8) to the seat. Tighten the setscrew in adjustment knob (1) in order to secure adjustment knob (1) to air valve (8) .
Install bolts (3) in order to attach indicator (4) to the seat.

Install boot (2) to the seat.
