(1) Outlet. (2) Inlet.The hydraulic oil cooler is air cooled by the engine fan. The hydraulic oil from the thermo bypass valve enters inlet (2) to pass through the oil cooler. Outlet (1) directs the hydraulic oil to the return filter.Upper Conveyor Assembly
Location Of Upper Conveyor Components
(1) Upper conveyor frame. (2) Spreader frame. (3) Hydraulic lift cylinder. (4) Head pulley. (5) Conveyor belt. (6) Return idlers. (7) Swing mount. (8) Tail pulley.The top run of conveyor belt (5) travels over head pulley (4). The bottom run of the conveyor belt travels on return idlers (6) from the head pulley rearward to tail pulley (8). The tail pulley is held in adjustable supports that can be positioned to set the tension of the belt. Swing mount (7) rides in a bearing connected to the mainframe. Upper conveyor frame (1) is supported by the swing mount, hydraulic lift cylinder (3) and spreader frame 2). Hydraulic lift cylinder (3) raises and lowers the discharge end of the upper conveyor.

(9) Torque arm. (10) Upper conveyor motor. (11) Coupling.The head pulley is driven by two upper conveyor motors (10). The upper conveyor motors are bolted to torque arm (9) and connected to the head pulley by coupling (11). The top run of the conveyor belt rides on upper conveyor idlers.

(1) Conveyor belt. (2) Lower conveyor idlers. (3) Tail pulley. (4) Conveyor frame. (5) Bearing flange. (6) Take-up bearing. (7) Chain case. (8) Head pulley. (9) Lower conveyor motor.The lower conveyor assembly includes endless conveyor belt (1) which is pulled around conveyor frame (4) by head pulley (8). The head pulley is mounted in two take-up bearings (6). Lower conveyor motor (9) drives head pulley (8) by a chain inside chain case (7).The top run of the conveyor belt travels from tail pulley (3) rearward on lower conveyor idlers (2) to the head pulley. The bottom run travels from the head pulley forward to the tail pulley. Take-up bearings (6) position the head pulley in order to set the belt tension.
