Attach a lifting strap and a hoist to tow arm (6) .
Remove bolt (4) and pin (5) that fastens tow arm (6) to cylinder (3). Lower the tow arm to the ground.

Remove bolts (8). Remove bolt (7), plate (9) and the spacer.

Attach lifting straps and a hoist to auger conveyor (10). The weight of the auger conveyor is 567 kg (1250 lb).

Remove the cotter pin and pin (12) that fastens cylinder (11) to the auger conveyor.
Repeat Steps 2, 3, 4 and 6 for the other side of the machine.

Loosen four jam nuts (13) and four bolts (14) .

Remove four bolts (15) and step assembly (16) .
Remove four bolts (17). Remove two bars (19), auger conveyor (10) and slide assembly (18) from the machine. Installation Procedure

Use lifting straps and a hoist to position slide assembly (18) and auger conveyor (10) on the machine. Install two bars (19) and four bolts (17). Install step assembly (16) and four bolts (15) .

Note: Tighten four bolts (14) enough to remove the free play.
Tighten four bolts (14) and four jam nuts (13) .

Install pin (12) and the cotter pin that fastens cylinder (11) to the auger conveyor. Install the pin and cotter pin on the opposite side of the machine.
Remove the lifting straps and the hoist.

Install the spacer, plate (9) and bolt (7). Install bolts (8) .

Use a lifting strap and a hoist to position tow arm (6) .
Install pin (5) and bolt (4) that fastens tow arm (6) to cylinder (3) .
Repeat Steps 5, 6 and 7 for the opposite side of the machine.

Install three hose assemblies (2) on both motors (1) .End By: Install the transverse beam. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Transverse Beam - Remove and Install".
