2. Disconnect three hose assemblies (1). Cap or plug immediately. 3. Disconnect two hose assemblies (2). Cap or plug immediately. 4. Remove sixteen bolts (3) and washers.5. Remove four split flanges (4).6. Disconnect four hose assemblies (5). (Two on each side of the pump). Cap or plug immediately. 7. Attach a strap and a suitable lifting device to the pump assembly as shown.8. Remove two bolts (6) and washers (not shown).9. Remove the fan drive pump, and 1st and 2nd stage conveyor assembly pumps as a unit. The weight of the pump assembly is 48 kg (105 lb). 10. If the pumps are to be separated, move the assembly to a suitable work bench. Remove two bolts (7) and washers,11. Separate fan drive pump (8) from 1st and 2nd stage conveyor assembly pumps (9) and continue with either of the pumps disassembly and assembly procedures. For installation of the 1st and 2nd stage conveyor assembly pumps and the fan drive pump, reverse the removal steps.12. Fill the hydraulic tank to the correct level.
