1. Disconnect oil lines (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) from the combiner valve.2. Put plugs in the openings of the five oil lines. 3. Remove the bolts (6), nuts and clamps that hold oil lines (7) in place.4. Move the oil lines and remove the bolts (8) that hold the combiner valve in position. 5. Remove the combiner valve (9). The following steps are for the installation of the combined valve.6. Put combiner valve (9) in position with the three bolts that hold it.7. Install the clamps, bolts (6) and nuts that hold oil lines (7).8. Connect oil lines (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) to the combiner valve.End By:a. install main system relief valveDisassemble And Assemble Combiner Valve
Start By:a. remove combiner valve 1. Remove plugs (1) from the combiner valve. Remove the O-ring seals from the plugs. 2. Remove springs (3) and valves (2) from the combiner valve body. The following steps are for the assembly of the combiner valve.3. Install valves (2) and springs (3) in the combiner valve body.4. Install new O-ring seals on the plugs (1).
