Installation Procedure

Move the machine in position between push arms (9) .
Move the machine ahead until push arms (9) engage with the trunnion .

Install bolts (10) and cap (11) without the shims.
Tighten bolts (10) evenly.
Insert an equal amount of shims between the cap and the push arm assembly, as needed.
Add one additional shim to each of the spaces. The specified clearance between the trunnion and the push arm assembly is 0.2 mm (0.008 inch) to 1.0 mm (0.040 inch).
Tighten bolts (10) to a torque of 1600 N m (1180 lb ft).
Repeat Steps 3 through 7 for the opposite machine side.
Release the pressure in the hydraulic system. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "System Pressure - Release".

Connect hose assemblies (8) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to stabilizer link (4). The weight of stabilizer link (4) is approximately 80 kg (175 lb).
Raise the end of stabilizer link (4) to the front trunnion.
Install pin (7) ,retainer (6) and bolts (5) .

Extend the lift cylinder rod to the trunnion.
Insert an equal amount of shims in the spaces between the bearing cap and the lift cylinder, as needed.
Install bolts (1) ,cap (2) and shims (3) .
Tighten bolts (1) .
