Remove engine side guard.
Hot engine components can cause injury from burns. Before performing maintenance on the engine, allow the engine and the components to cool.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Disconnect tube assemblies (1), (3), and (4). Disconnect hose (2) .

Remove tube assembly (5) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to turbocharger (7). The weight of turbocharger (7) is approximately 40 kg (110 lb). Remove nuts (8). Remove turbocharger (7) .Installation Procedure
Install turbocharger (7) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (A) to nuts (8). Install nuts (8). Tighten nuts (8) to a torque of 55 5 N m (41 4 lb ft).
