Start By:a. remove 2nd stage conveyor assembly 1. Support 2nd stage conveyor assembly on Tool (A).2. Remove eleven bolts (1) and washers.3. Remove rear flashing (2) and two plates (3). 4. Remove bolts (4) and washers.5. Remove four flashing segments (5) (right hand side).6. Repeat Steps 4 & 5 for the left hand flashing. 7. Remove eight bolts (6) and washers.8. Use two people to remove flashing support (7). 9. Loosen tension on the 2nd stage conveyor assembly belt with adjuster (8) (one on each side). 10. Remove two cotter pins (9) and two pins (10). Disconnect two cables (11). Repeat for the other side of the 2nd stage conveyor assembly. 11. Remove twenty nuts (12) and washers (each side).12. Remove bolt (13), washer and nut (not shown) (each side).13. Remove three panels (14) (each side). 14. Position jack stand under roller brace (15) as shown. 15. Remove sixteen bolts (16) and washers.16. Lower roller brace (15) and move away from the 2nd stage conveyor assembly. The weight of the roller brace is 97 kg (215 lb). 17. Position jack stand under roller (17) as shown.18. Loosen bolt (18) (each side of roller).19. Move roller (17) out of the bracket and lower the roller and belt with the jack stand. 20. Support one end of the 2nd stage conveyor assembly with two straps and two lifting devices as shown, while the opposite side is supported with Tool (A).21. Slide the conveyor belt off the tail pulley end and the head pulley end of the 2nd stage conveyor assembly far enough to reposition two support stands Tool (A) under the conveyor.22. Lower the 2nd stage conveyor assembly onto the stands. Remove the two lifting straps.23. Remove the 2nd stage conveyor belt completely from the 2nd stage conveyor assembly. The weight of the 2nd stage conveyor belt is 158 kg (350 lb). For installation of the 2nd stage conveyor assembly belt, reverse the removal steps.
