2. Disconnect wire (2) for oil level gauge. Remove two clips (1) and tube.3. Remove bolts from bracket on case drain filter. 4. Disconnect lines (3), (7) and (8) from hydraulic tank.5. Remove two bolts (6) from valve.6. Remove two bolts (4) from pilot system filter.7. Remove bolts from bracket (5) for two oil lines. 8. Disconnect line (14) from valve.9. Remove bolts (11) and move valve away from manifold.10. Disconnect hose (15) from tank.11. Remove clips (9), (12) and (13) from the oil lines. 12. Disconnect oil lines (17), (18) and (19) from tank.13. Remove bolts (16) and spacers that hold tank to frame.14. Install straps around the tank. Fasten a hoist and remove hydraulic tank. Weight of tank is 1000 lb. (454 kg).Install Hydraulic Tank
1. Fasten a hoist and put the hydraulic tank (1) in position in machine.2. Install bolts and spacers that hold the tank to frame.3. Connect pump suction lines to tank. 4. Connect hose (2) to tank.5. Put valve (3) in position and install bolts that hold it to manifold. Connect oil line (4) to valve.6. Put bracket (5) in position and install bolts.7. Install clips on oil lines. 8. Install two bolts that hold pilot system filter (6) to tank.9. Connect oil lines (7), (9) and (11).10. Install two bolts in bracket (8) for oil lines.11. Install bolts that hold valve (10) to tank. 12. Install bolts in bracket (12) for case drain filter.13. Fill the hydraulic tank to the correct oil level.
