(1) 1K3165 Springs: Length under test force ... 1.56 in.(39.6 mm)Test force ... 10.55 .83 lb.(4.790 0.373 kg)Free length after test ... 1.81 in.(46.0 mm)Outside diameter ... .39 in.(9.9 mm) Clutch Adjustment Procedure:1. Remove the cover from the clutch housing.2. Turn the clutch until lock pin (2) is at the top of the housing.3. Pull out the lock pin and turn yoke (3) clockwise until the lock pin engages the next hole.4. Remove pin (5) from lever (7). Remove bolt (4) from the lever.5. Fasten a scale to lever (7). Measure the amount of force needed to engage the clutch. The clutch is in proper adjustment when 180 lb. (81.7 kg) pull is used to engage the clutch.6. Do Step 3 until the proper adjustment is made.7. Install bolt (4) in lever. Install rod (6) and pin (5) on lever (7).8. Install the cover on the clutch housing.
