Information:

For machines having the 113-3891 Harness Assembly the following procedure must be performed if replacement is necessary.
1. Park the machine and the turn the disconnect switch off. See the appropiate Operation & Maintenance Manual. Read and observe all safety precautions.
Illustration 1.
128-7380 Cover Assembly (4) and the 133-8597 Downshift Handle (5) in the 928G or IT28G.2. Remove the 128-7380 Cover Assembly (4) to access the connector for the 133-8597 Downshift Handle (5). See Illustration 1.3. Using the 147-6456 Removal Tool, unload the terminal pins on the connector (6) of the 133-8597 Downshift Handle (5). See Illustration 1.

Connector (6) Installed on Downshift Handle. Replacement Connector (7).4. Install the wire terminals unloaded in step 3 into position 2 and 3 of new 102-8805 Receptacle Kit. Install wedge. Install the 8T-8737 Plugs (3) in the four open receivers. See Illustration 2.5. Remove the 113-3891 Harness Assembly and install the 147-5016 Harness Assembly. Install any cable ties or brackets removed.6. Check operation of machine.
