Remove cover (1) from the front of the engine.
Remove the V-belt.

Remove two bolts that are opposite each other. Install Tooling (A). Remove the remainder of bolts (2).
Use a suitable lifting device to remove crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (3) from the crankshaft. The weight of the crankshaft vibration damper and pulley is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Installation Procedure

If the pulley was removed from the crankshaft vibration damper, the studs must be installed to a torque of 65 10 N m (48 7 lb ft) and the nuts tightened to a torque of 135 20 N m (100 15 lb ft).

Install Tooling (A) in the end of the crankshaft.
Use a suitable lifting device to install the crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (3) on Tooling (A). The weight of the crankshaft vibration damper and pulley is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
Install bolts (2). Remove Tooling (A) and install remaining bolts (2).
Install the V-belt on the pulley.

Install cover (1) on the front of the engine.
